Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIBS) at Statflo

Statflo aspires to create an equitable environment where all individuals feel included and secure in a sense of belonging within our organization.  To do this, we have launched new programs to promote education and learning around equitable diversity, identified diversity champions to form our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Committee, as well as positioning Statflo as an engaged community leader for equitable workplaces.

Our team is committed to providing equitable and inclusive opportunities to all individuals regardless of their personal identities, and help them thrive in their careers, and become champion leaders at Statflo.  Statflo accountability for Diversity is not limited to our leadership team but organization wide and warrants policies and protocols in place to create an anti-discriminatory environment.

Be Results-Driven
We strive to create actionable measures through training, practices, and building continuous strategies per quarter around our DIBS (Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging).  Further, Statflo is taking a proactive stance on implementing numerous initiatives to create ongoing education and awareness around diversity that is measurable and actionable.

Be Genuine
Creating an inclusive environment that embodies trust and collaboration is key.  By understanding, empowering, and trusting individual differences, we create an environment where team members are able to be their authentic selves at work, empowering them to be in the mindset to work cohesively and drive innovative solutions.

Curiosity is all about approaching a new task with an empathetic and open mindset. When seeking input from diverse perspectives, it presents an opportunity to gain new knowledge and learnings. Our team persistently aims to explore new ideas and take risks with every new process, product launch and customer engagement, to deliver what is best for our overall success. Our culture

Regular social events
Our culture committee gathers feedback and develops regular team outings from sporting events to great offsites. (Currently done through video conferencing!)
