Is my customer data safe?
Absolutely. In fact, TextKit does not store any of your data whatsoever. All data belongs to you and is stored safely in your system of record.
What is a Sendable? A Widget?
A sendable is the best of the web in every conversation; they are secure links that are configurable to any particular tool you want to use in a text conversation. A widget, on the other hand, is a window into customer data from external systems. For example, you can embed a Salesforce widget to reflect important customer data and then write to your CRM to log any important notes that stem from your conversation.
